Well, a gathering is brie, mellow song stylings; shindig, dip, less mellow song stylings, perhaps a large amount of malt beverage, and hootenanny, well, it's chock full of hoot, just a little bit of nanny.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I had breakfast. A peanut butter and banana sandwich. Next I guess is a shower.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Everyone else has much more interesting plans.

I'm sitting in class listening to a debate about Luther and Erasmus.

Buh.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I imagine breaking up is hard to do (I heard that somewhere) but having to give press releases about every breakup and hookup would drive me insane.

Which is why I'd never get famous--and if I should find a sugar daddy with a high profile, he can deal with the press.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

They don't have to. They're cultivating publicity. What bad thing would happen if they didn't?

I was saying that the other day about Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards -- the process has got to be hard enough, trying and failing to Make It Work, but to do a round of interviews at every stage? Ugh.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Done! Now I can go and get lunch.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Today I am cleaning house, buying gym shoes (new shoes, yay!) and then BF and I are joining the Y and meeting with a trainer. I am very excited. Wea re planning to recover from all this activity by lazing around all evening and catching up with TiVo. I think it'll be a perfect evening.

Brangelina. I totally respect their desire to keep quiet--but it's a tradeoff. I'd also find it hard to deal with the barrage of attention, the spike in paparazzi, and the boatload of lies that'd be all over the press.

Actually talking to them stops that some.
