Handsome brooding vampire guy has to swoop in all sensitive mouth and overhanging forehead. How 'bout leaving some scraps for the homely-looking fellows who don't turn evil when they get some?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I have three words for you-

Irish Soda Bread.

A wedge lightly toasted with butter....heaven.

What is Irish food?

It's like regular food, only subtract the edibility.

Seriously, lots of stews, porridges, puddings, and the like. And soda bread, usually paired with some overboiled meat and potatoes or cabbage.

True. Very good soda bread can be lovely. But it sadly does not make up for every other dish in the pantheon.

Your thoughts are never wrong, shrift, except for the ones that keep you in Michigan.

Working on it, although I don't think it'll be California. At least not this year.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Irish food = curry.

Yum.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Irish food = curry.

Whuhuh? I mean, I know people are surprised that curry ∈ Jamaican food, but this takes the cake.

Robin, insent.

Toasted cheese sandwiches at a pub with a pint of guinness are reputed to be very yum.

What's wrong with cabbage? I like it.

Project Runway: Last night, I was underwhelmed. Didn't care for the challenge, but I thought the designers did a good job with it. And DH was blown away by the designers mad technical skillz. As a former designer, he testified that the quality of the construction on all of the garments last night was off the chain, especially given the material they were working with. Like Tim, DH thought Andrae was robbed. He would've booted Santino or my poor, beloved Nick. DH said the top of Nick's dress wasn't fitted properly. My favorite last night was actually Chloe. I loved it. Still not a Dan Fan (at least not as a designer) although I loved his coming out story. Favorite part of the episode by far was the Andrae/Tim slash fic. And the fact that the romantic date spot was Red Lobster!
