"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

HA! The thing is, it's hard to take David Foster Wallace's opinion on anyone because, based on what I've read of his, I find him to be a self-important excessively wordy blowhard. that being said, I don't disbelieve any of that.

I like Balthazar Getty's character on Alias, though.

I saw Bring It On Again becuase it had Hailey from One Tree Hill (an impossible-to-watch show).

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Think Progress has some interesting footage from the SotU speech:

Bush’s statement that “Congress did not act last year on my proposal” was met with rousing, unexpected applause [from Congressional Democrats] that clearly unnerved Bush.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Not blue-eyed.

Huh. I have in my mind's eye a picture from Teen Bop with blue eyes. Obviously, it's the bad crack.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Heh, I didn't Google, I remembered. (Of course, I just realized I forgot a 1pm meeting, but I didn't really want to go). Was Urgent Four the Central Park Jogger? (Aha, Yup: [link] Because she has written a book and can jog again, but is not up to her previous investment-banking career and probably won't make anchorperson anytime soon either.

Jesus!

The family has had more than its fair share of tragedies. Balthazar's father, Paul III, was kidnapped in 1973, and when Paul I refused to pay the ransom, his ear was cut off (the ransom was then paid)

Is this true? That's so... whoa.

he couple's first child, Cassius Paul Getty, was born on July 17, 2000

unfortunate name for his child

UB313 has been determined to be larger than Pluto. If Pluto is a planet it's hard to think of a reason why it wouldn't be the 10th planet.

I guess the undecided question is are there 8 planets or 10 planets now.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

I've only seen one episode of One Tree Hill and the only thing I remember about it was that Moira Kelly was playing someone's mom and I kept waiting during the whole episode for her to say "Toe Pick!".

Shit's all sorts of different now.

So, for those knowledgable about Philly, what are the cute neighborhoods, that are kinda suburby? Would looking into New Jersey be better?
