The cheap personal services thing is one of the main benefits of living in the boroughs -- you get the nail-shop-on-every-corner thing AND the cheaper-than-Manhattan thing. Therefore, $6 eyebrow waxing. I'm seriously considering getting fake nails for when I start my job search.
