move out and draw fire

Congrats ita! And you currently aren't paralyzed? So the invasive PT was not exactly right?

I get what you're saying about wanting to test for black before the block wears off, but is your goal to get a black belt, or to be a black belt? I mean, a plan of action that allows you to continue to krav would seem more appealing to me than one that nets you the belt and ends your kravability.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Are you tired of people asking you if you're all prepared, if Owen has any sort of idea as to what's going to happen, stuff like that?

Not really. With a second child, everything is a bit more laid back. You know what's absolutely necessary to bring the baby home (which is really not that much). Owen's sort of oblivious at this point (and I never get tired of answering questions about him). At this point, I'm so excited and looking forward to actually having the baby that any baby-related conversation is nice for me. Not sure if it is for other people, but I've definitely got baby on the brain.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Timelies and gronk-o-rama. Again.

Thank dog I took tomorrow as a day off - I can use a random day to sleep in.

Loved Fury's 24 last night.

That is all.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I get what you're saying about wanting to test for black before the block wears off, but is your goal to get a black belt, or to be a black belt? I mean, a plan of action that allows you to continue to krav would seem more appealing to me than one that nets you the belt and ends your kravability.

There's no way I can get my black before this wears off. But I could start the black-specific training.

I don't have a plan that ends my kravability, and I don't have a plan that ensures I can train for an extended period of time. So there's no choice to be made between them. I have just this one plan, and I don't know how it's going to work out, but I'm not the sort that'll hang my hat on roses and sunshine. Especially not until this current headache goes away.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I don't think it's been noted here yet that Coretta Scott King passed away.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

12 days, Cashmere?? Holy crap! Baby on the way!

ita, I really hope you can work something out. Preferably something that stops all the crazy headaches.

I want to stop waking up at 5 am and sleeping fitfully for the next two hours. It makes me cranky(er). Cats love it, but...

Now tagless for your comfort.

Holy crap! Baby on the way!

I know! I say that at least six or seven times a day.

Swouncing

Cashmere, do you know if it's a boy or a girl? Also, I would like a cute-Owen story (I suffer from a serious lack in Owen stories, and that's me talking, not that over-itself keyboard). Preferably with pictures.

ita, what Jesse said.
