Position's primary responsibilities are: head Theatre Technology Program, recruit students, teach courses in the Theatre Technology Program, advise theatre technology majors, supervise student production work in coordination with the professional production staff, all within an intensive BFA conservatory training program.
It's the type of thing I should be moving toward and I can walk to this university from where I currently live! However, I've never applied for an academic position and I'm feeling very clueless about the process.
