I'm so relieved. And not a little chilly.
The test was by no means easy. The healthy people (whose numbers dwindled as we went along) found it killer. I...I have no idea how I made it through it, but the people and the nerve block.
It wasn't a charity pass. Almost all the techniques were not as good as I can normally do them (and I'm trying not to obsess over my lack of perfection). It wasn't a
great
pass, but it was a pass, and that was a lot more than I was expecting. More than I could hope for--I was just elated for the chance.
Thanks, guys!
Dead now.
Father issues. IJS. ( had to google to get the correct spelling of "father"... this is what drunk is like)

hey, did people say 'dork' in 1969?
Woudldn't they be more likely to say 'square'? Or is there not much overlap in the dork/square Venn diagram?
Congratulations ita!
I think I might need to see a podiatrist soon. Gr.
When did the suffix 'wad' begin to be applied to 'dork'? Actually, when did the suffix 'wad' begin to be applied to anything?

I was out last night with a woman who just started my program, moving here from Oakland, and her feet are falling APART. I guess she's not used to all the walking.
The Left Coasters all seem to have posts about how cool they are. The Right Coasters all have things to say about an issue.
The Middle of the States people are unilaterally amused.
Except when drunk.
Good good weekend. Saw Casanova with Polgara, followed by buying a new book and coffee.
Then! Got a cut and color, met Kat n' Lori for lunch, got a new shower curtain at Bed Bath & Beyond, had cafe ole and a fruit tart at a yummy pastry shop, saw cutiecowboys on Oprah, and am now off to put up the new shower curtain and take a much needed hot bath.
Nice!
