Gunn: Well, how horrible is this thing? Lorne: I haven't read the Book of Revelations lately, but if I was searching for adjectives, I'd probably start there.

Does it have the disturbing tendency to try to leap under stuff?

I'd love to send you some, but I doubt it would travel well. I used to bring some in for my officemate, which were the proportions (what recipe??!) I was using. Except he isn't there anymore. Whoops. May call him tomorrow and see if he wants me to drop some by. Because this is insane.

Also, am irked with the fact that whenever there is a large closeout sale on an item, all sizes will be available save the one or ones you need. Please tell me this happens to other people, too.

Welcome to my world. Back in the dim mists of prehistory when I wore 29 waist jeans, stores never had any in stock. Which I never quite understood, as surely there had to be some transition time between 28 and 30 for other people.

Got my 1099 from the bank in the mail today, so in theory I could have my taxes done by Monday morning if I want. Anyone care to bet their refund against mine on the likelihood of that happening?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Plei - do you have any luck with ebay for baby clothes?

Oh, yeah. But sometimes I want immediate gratification on the cheap.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I love eBay for baby clothes. It's the only way I can afford to support my Gymboree habit.

Yeah, eBay enables my Hanna Andersson addiction.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Ha ha ha. I haven't been properly dressed since Thursday! I WIN.

Wednesday. But you totally win on the laundry stuff.

Anyone care to bet their refund against mine on the likelihood of that happening?

I will! Of course winning my refund will actually mean paying what I owe.

My just opened gallon of milk with a "sell by" date of Feb 7 is bad. Feh.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

eBay is currently tempting me with $100 Treo 600s. Bad, bad eBay!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have curtains! JZ rocks, and is very handy with a drill too. We also hung up the pimp hat, and duct taped one other picture to the wall. No we are watching Strictly Ballroom, and then may go grab dinner before I return her to Hec.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

What the hell? First of all, why would I get TWO W2s from two different people who no longer live at this address-- wouldn't the PO be careful about forwarding that stuff?!-- and second, what do I do with these?

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I love the saturday posts about house issues, curtains, people fixin' stuff! It's happymaking.

I love taxes! With turbo tax, it's like being paid to take a quiz!

bon, this made me laugh so hard! It's fantastic. I wish I had all my W2s, but I only have my parttime job ones. I have a lot of jobs. Esp. for someone who works full time.
