Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Apparently the Brokeback Boys appear on Oprah tomorrow. And today she apologised for defending James Frey.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

EEEEP! Please tape! PLEASE!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Oh, Jess. I remember that! You were stuck, ad freaking out. London? Paris?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Yep, Paris. We'd been on a day trip to Versailles -- we heard about the attack on the train on the way home. When we got back to the hotel, all the international phone lines were jammed for hours (and the hotel's free computer, understandably, had a European keyboard which was a PITA to type on when we went to post/email people).

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Apparently the Brokeback Boys appear on Oprah tomorrow.

::purr:: Also, I expect this means needing to lay in a fresh store of Kleenex. I couldn't even sit through the Top Gun parody trailer without crying, on account of that damn music.

And today she apologised for defending James Frey.

Good for her (finally). I can't wait to see what whiny/braggadocious bloviation he blurps out next after this fresh betrayal. I invented this genre! Dave Eggers can suck my crack-kicking cock! I'm so truthy! Why's Oprah gotta be all facty?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm generally not into sports cars, but the Jaguar E-type is one of the most beautiful cars ever.

edit for typo

It's such sad gay music, isn't it? Ooh, I just realised I now have a bargaining chip with my sister, if I can get it into a format she can play at home. Whee!

That British Style page has sent me in search of a Chelsea Girl reference. By which I don't mean Nico or any song. Short skirts, opaque tights and boots sounds like what I'm putting together for my casual wardrobe this season. I want reference pictures and sources.

I wish I had the resources to go all Quant all the time. I mean, except for the other clothes I have that I love. Obviously. And the other clothes I don't own yet.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

I'm worried about my career counselor appt. tonight. I get off work at 5pm. My appt. is at 8:30pm. Which means I'll be stopping home. It is really hard to shift my ass out of the house after a full day of work. I'm going to have the worst time trying to motivate. I just want to veg. Esp. because my left arm is acting up and being floppy-weak with a side helping of involuntary muscles spasms in the hand.

Otherwise, I'm glad it's only 10 min. 'til I'm outta here.
