Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Norah Jones is a guy? huh?

If you assumed, like I did, that your yoga instructor was female, it's easy to come out of your post with the assertion that Norah Jones isn't. It took me a couple reads (yoga instructors with albums...right...big city) to flip it right.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Mile High: Noooo, KC, don't do it.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Jeez, Plei. That is one gorgeous baby girl you've got there.

Can we hook her up with my nephew?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

OMGWTF24!!!

I think I like this season a lot.

DH and I both correctly predicted all the deaths, although it didn't occur to me that they'd be so targeted -- I was expecting a bomb with a lot of people dead including Palmer, Tony, and Michelle. And I should have realized that Tony would pull through, since this is approximately the millionth time someone's failed to kill him.

Yay, Allyson! I am delighted for you, and also unsurprised. Heh.

I've probably pimped DHC Skincare here before but I love everything I've tried from them.

I second the endorsement of DHC. I have oily skin and would get breakouts every month; using their stuff did wonders for me. They're a little pricey, but you use tiny amounts so it all lasts for ages.

I doubt she will in the end, Perkins. Or, well, at least not for long.

Oh, Perkins, I think I'd cast Victor Webster as the pretty pilot.

Our wings are not tired.

I bought shoes this weekend too. Not glam, but oh so comfy, and near weightless, and the happiest my feet can be with closed shoes. [link] Also a fun name.
