Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hell, even an amnesiac cougar would do, on second thought.

An animated amnesiac cougar, with the voice done by Gilbert Gottfried.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Guarding Tess.

I think Chloe's hysterical.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Wasn't there a wacky movie comedy about a runaway First Lady and the Secret Service guy assigned to protect her? I can't help but wish 24 would inject some humor, aside from the occasional cougar and or amnesia attack....

Sounds like GUARDING TESS, though less with the first lady running away and more with her being a former (possibly widowed) and making life hell on her security detail - Shirley MacClaine (I think) and Nicolas Cage (definitely).

It would be a pleasure when Jack shot the cougar. Not so much with the torture as making GG shut up is more the point.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Has anybody at CTU even thought about calling poor Spawn? Who has presumably thought her father was dead these 18 past months....

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

That's so cool about your cousin, ita.

Can I say that this cracks me up--

Sure, I'm lazy and unambitious

I mean, I guess if my family included people who got CDC appointments and abassadorships, I'd feel lazy and unambitious too. Actually, I think I AM lazy and unambitious, but I don't think of ita that way.

And in a bit of a mememe whine, my back is so SORE. Been sore for two days now. Naproxen doesn't seem to touch it, and I doubt I can take anything stronger. Whine.

Get thee to a good chiropractor, Burrell!

Hush up, Theo. The writers might hear you.

I don't know any chiros in the area, but maybe some other LAistas do.

Oy, must go stop my son from crawling to the kitchen.
