It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Happy Birthday, Msbelle!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Zappos is also having sale, if memory serves. Go shop shoes!

I just wore myself out on the phone. Like, my jaw actually feels tired. I am losing my mojo.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm way too shoe picky to order online. Except for maybe Danskos. And my feet are really narrow, so fit can be an issue. All of which is a good thing, because it keeps me from spending a shitload of money on shoes I don't need. (If that phrase even has any meaning.)

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

ita and msbelle are shoe pimps.

I definitely have a headache. I think it may be a migraine, too.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I definitely have a headache. I think it may be a migraine, too.

In a Cake or Death comparison, I'm drinking a root beer float.

It's way better than a headache.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

a float is good, but I'm watching football with queso and chips, which is a little slice of heaven.

I have no queso and chips, but I have football and beer. Also a backache, but I'm hoping the beer will help with that.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Holy crap -- in today's Homicide news, a baby Jake Gyllenhaal is playing Robin Williams's son. I'm assuming nepotism because the director of the episode is Stephen Gyllenhaal.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I have no queso and chips, but I'm making pasta with spinach and tomatoes and garlic, and just finished watching skating.

ION, "wait until the half" does not appear to be a meaningful statement to a dog who wants to go out. No matter how many times I repeat it.
