I totally did that the other day. Yay for cast iron pans that are fine afterward. I threw some oil into the hot pan, figuring I could at least get some seasoning out of it.This is *exactly* what I did, Jesse. Well, and I called mom to taunt her too. But, yeah, essentially just tossed some oil in and called it a seasoning opportunity.

OMG, the Tim podcasts are a MUST. How else would we know about Santino's 90 minute runway argument or Marla stealing the briefing book?
Plus, of course, his comments on the designs are always unerring.
