I usually just left mine in the car. I'm sorry, but I'm not carrying a see through purse.
ETA: Left my purse in the car. Not my child.
'Never Leave Me'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I never had my bag searched when I worked retail (Bath & Body Works) -- because it was the Christmas rush, I think they assumed we were all too tired to steal. (Which was true.)
We had a metal detector to keep people from stealing from the Limited next door (or Gap...whichever company also owns B&BW), but the only thing that ever set it off were cell phones.
Hey loves.
Happy belated birthdays to Kristin and Maria! Yay!
Retail sucks, usually.
My stomach is still dodgy, but I managed to keep everything down yesterday. Um, whee?
Oh, poor Ellie. But good on her for standing!
I'm glad you're doing a little bit better at least juliana.
I've never worked retail. (Retail would never hire me, which is why. I worked light industrial and fast food instead.)
I'm suddenly glad of that fact.
Thanks, Beverly. I am seriously considering calling the HR department to complain about my manager. She consistently told me I carried too much stuff in my purse, despite the fact that I repeatedly explained to her how many medical supplies I require to get me through the day.
You should. Write up at least the bullet points of what you want to say, and mention the illegal aspects of how you were treated.
Also, maybe write a formal letter of complainted, with a copy sent to the ADA. (And make sure they know there's a copy sent to the ADA. Sure, you'll never be going back there, but that's all the more reason to make them squirm.)
I am really only worried about getting a bad reference from this place if I apply for another job.
I wouldn't. Almost nobody gives bad ones anymore because of liability risks. THey pretty confirm dates.

Yup. Confirm employment and when they worked, and that is it. Anything else is too much of a liability, especially for a megacorp like VS.
Thanks, Gud. How are you today?

Not very good. Marriage looks to be pretty much over, but I'm not sure what to do next due to the many complications. So I'm feeling pretty down.
Pretty MUCH that is.
I'm insane. Back into the fire today. Oy.
Much -ma to you, Gud.
We've got a guest lecturer who is pissing me off.
