Nah, I think that the Slacker Santas/ees still deserve some time.

Goodbye and Good Riddance 2005: the Year of the Penguin
Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2005? Don't think we've forgotten about you.
Nah, I think that the Slacker Santas/ees still deserve some time.
Oh, absolutely. It's just one of the signs that the thread is coming toward its end.
Are there still people out there who haven't sent/received gifts?

A kind birdie told me my gift is on its way, but it hasn't arrived yet.

I haven't gotten mine, but I wouldn't start worrying until the 31st. I do Slacker Santa for a reason :)

Same here.
And now, back to nattering...
I love the Knudsen's (I think) light spritzers because they are actually less sweet. They are still a little too sweet, but not as much so and have only fruit juice sweetening. I hate the taste of aspartame in anything but Diet Dr. Pepper, and have given up even that because after being able to drink it for a few years, it started making me ghastly ill. Including those nasty migraines. Blech. I had actually gotten to the point where I could stand saccharine right before NutraSweet came out and took over the market. Such is my life.
I am meara exactly (when it come to soda preferences I mean...I'm nowhere near as pretty!)
You are SO PRETTY. Silly head. You are GAWJUS.
Why can't someone make yogurt with fruit in it without dumping in either a bunch of sugar or artificial sweetners?
So VERY with you on that (and on what a PITA buying plain yogurt and fruit and adding them together is)
And, um....so far this year is...uh...a cool year. Um.
Dani! Thank you SO MUCH for the Secret Santa gift! That cookbook is gorgeous, and the keychain is neat, and the bath thingy looks like it'll be great, and those candles are cool. I've never seen a bamboo-scented candle before, and actually, since I have no idea what bamboo actually smells like, I have no idea how authentic it is, but it does smell good.
macking on Hil's tagline
Yay! (Sorry it was so late -- I took the "slacker" part of the exchange seriously this year, as you can see.) I hope the cookbook is useful even though it's not strictly vegetarian.
I've never smelled fresh-cut bamboo either. I suppose you'd have to ask a panda how authentic it was...
