tommyrot, be careful with missing the steroid doses. They're usually drugs you have to taper off of, rather than just stop taking, so I'm thinking skipping a dose isn't good.

My cat found the Semi-Annual Big Honking Bug that shows up in my apartment a couple of times a year (always in the living room, and always as big as my thumb, if not bigger) a few days ago, and was having fun playing with it until I crushed it with a paper bag. I hated to stop her enjoyment, but all I could think about was what if it got away from her under the couch, and then reappeared on my head. Eww!

The new car I find interesting is the Honda Fit. Inexpensive for a new car, very practical, good fuel economy, available with a stick, and I believe comes with all around airbags and anti-lock brakes standard. Not lots of power for a modern car, but enough for a stick.
