GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Timelies,

Happy Birthday, shrift.

Am also a member of the insomnia crew, apparently. I think the last time I looked at my clock before finally falling asleep was 2am and then I kept waking up throughout the night. Ugh.

Work has been pretty crazy. One of the techs is at our new hospital in Philly, so we're a man down right after the holidays when it tends to be busier than normal as people get back from their vacations.

I've decided, in the New Year's tradition, to try to lose the 40 pounds I've managed to put on in the last 5 years. Part of my plan is to mostly eliminate soda from my diet (I normally have one can a day, more on weekends) which means I had a cup of black tea when I went home for lunch instead of grabbing a can of soda to bring back for an afternoon pick me up. We'll see how well that actually works.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Stewart also called Novak a douchebag of liberty, didn't he?

More than once.

Always Anti-fascist!

Yes, and I thought it was insulting. To douches.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

More NYC fun: make your own fake subway service notice sign.

Plug in the line and text you want, and the page spits out a PDF. Fun!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That thing is so fun.

Seriously, could anyone write me back? Apparently not. Bah!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Jesse, if you send me an email, I'll send one back to you. It wouldn't even take two days.

You're so nice, Perkins! Could you tell me about the security procedures at the homeless shelter?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Sure!

The policy is no weapons allowed, and we have the right to search anyone we think might be carrying, or just toss them out without searching. We don't have an armed security guard, but several of our full time workers have significant martial arts training.

(you never said I couldn't make crap up.)
