Gwen: Demon, OK? The whole nine—cloven feet and horns and teeth. He wasn't wearing lamé though. Lorne: Yeah, the evil ones can't pull it off. It gets camp.

I should probably not diagnose people over the internets, huh?

Heh, I don't think telling me, "Uh oh, you're screwed," would have helped. I do still think it's food poisoning, but Google has taught me that some kinds are caused by viruses, so they're communicable. Who knew? At least my mom hasn't gotten sick yet, so I'm hoping she escaped the ickyness.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

A little gross, hence the whitefont:

In what police believe was a holiday prank, a young woman unwrapped a gift box left on her Palos Heights porch last week to find a skinned goat's head, officials said Tuesday.

The 18-year-old woman, whom police declined to identify, found the box wrapped in Christmas paper about 1:40 p.m. Thursday on her front porch in the 12300 block of 76th Avenue, authorities said. The woman found no blood on the box.

"We think it was a distasteful prank," Palos Heights Police Detective Adam Nagy said. "That's the thought we have right now."

The woman told police that the only rationale she could think of for the heartless gift was her eating habits, Nagy said. She told investigators she is a vegan, a vegetarian who avoids all animal products.

...

Authorities said they did not know if any local farms were missing a goat.

What is even happening?

Authorities said they did not know if any local farms were missing a goat.
I so read "fans" rather than "farms" on that last sentence.
