It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Where are the ads? I can't see them to kick you a penny.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Where are the ads?

I haven't put ads on bestof yet (I like the spare look), but most of the other sites have them on the main pages (wetmen twice, top and bottom) and above the logo on the picture pages.

Looking at Adam Brody's spectacle page it's offering me an opportunity to buy an "I love Seth Cohen" T shirt and something else titled "Adam Brody-The OC" and talking about music and fashion. Targeted marketing that might even work, given the popularity of my sites at myspace.

In general, though, when it doesn't know what to offer, it often offers Brad Pitt, and sometimes Orlando Bloom.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Yeah, still daftish. I want my IQ back, dammit.
Does this fall into the No Takebacks clause?

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

OMG. I think I forgot you had a spectacles page. I have a real thing for wire-rimmed glasses.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

so, those ads are odd. some just take part of the name. some take you to places that have nothing to do with what i thought the adds were for. However, the van helsing hat ad - that was woth a look at.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Urgh. Today we are going to attempt to commute in via water taxi. My ride to the taxi picks me up in 15 min. I am tired and cranky. I really do not enjoy the dealing with people I know less than an hour after I wake up aspect of this strike commuting. Sure I should have gone to bed earlier, but shoulda coulda woulda.

At least today is my last day of work. I run a big meeting at 10, but hope to be out of the office by 1 or 2. I need to pack and clean and find a cat feeder and TONIGHT I really MUST get to bed early. 6am flight, yo.

ION, the Santa hat came out today. HO HO HO.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Chumley has discovered the window bird feeder, so I predict he will be camped out on my desk for the rest of the day. Unlike Yum Yum, he is bulky enough to push all of my stuff out of his way. Perhaps I should have thought of this before I put the feeder where I did....

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I gave in and took a cab to work today. I had to share a ride with a couple of tourists who wanted to, you know, talk to me and stuff.

ION, the Santa hat came out today. HO HO HO.

So is mine! (Good thing is that I don't have to worry about bad hair days when I wear my Santa hat.)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Honestly, it's like Iraq -- people support the troops who are caught in the bullshit without supporting the leadership.

I've been thinking of this exact parallel all week.

Actual Workers = more fucked over than I (the rider) am by this strike, and have my complete sympathy

Toussaint = incompetent asshat egoist fuckhead

But hey, NY1 just said they were meeting again, so possible yay!

I had to share a ride with a couple of tourists who wanted to, you know, talk to me and stuff.

Oh Tom, I'm so sorry. I'm still riding with the co-workers, but this morning the driver won't be my boss. I predict much more in-car swearing.
