It has fur, a big tacky-ass fake-jewel brooch thing, FRINGE HANGING OFF THE BACK, and lace across the instep.
And it's $150?!? *I* could design shoes if that's the kind of crap that's getting manufactured.
That would be great Trudy. K-Bug is a good student and an athlete. She is not a top tier softball player, though she could be, and her grades aren't straight A's, though she is taking AP courses in 10th grade.

2. Glue a bunch of fringe and rhinestones to it.
3. Oh what the hell, throw in some fake fur while you're at it.

Those ostrich fringe shoes are quite possibly the ugliest shoes I've ever seen. I bet it takes A LOT of imagination to make shoes that ugly. I mean, c'mon, TEAL? Seriously?

Ha! I sent the link to a bunch of my co-workers. We've decided that if we all wore the same size shoe, we'd buy them and do a Sisterhood of the Traveling Fugly Shoe thing. Each week one of us would have to find something respectable to wear them with. Thank doG we're not all the same size.

MG, college tuition ~ma. Fortunately, you live in a state where the state colleges/universities are still pretty respectable. Heck, I'm a product of NY's state college system and look at me now! Well, okay -- I've never moved back home or asked my mother for $$? How's that for a recommendation of a state system?
