That would be great Trudy. K-Bug is a good student and an athlete. She is not a top tier softball player, though she could be, and her grades aren't straight A's, though she is taking AP courses in 10th grade.

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
*I* could design shoes if that's the kind of crap that's getting manufactured.
1. Find a normal-looking shoe.
2. Glue a bunch of fringe and rhinestones to it.
3. Oh what the hell, throw in some fake fur while you're at it.
4. Profit!
Oh, Betsy, much eye~ma.
I immediately sent those shoes off to my sisters ... we spend much time mocking shoes....
Raq you'll be fine - there will be stress, but that will make your synapes fire quicker , so you'll do just fine.
job-ma~, eye ma~ and scholarship ma~
Much eye ~ma to Betsy.
Healthy heart ~ma for meara's dad! General sanity ~ma for meara.
Those ostrich fringe shoes are quite possibly the ugliest shoes I've ever seen. I bet it takes A LOT of imagination to make shoes that ugly. I mean, c'mon, TEAL? Seriously?

Ha! I sent the link to a bunch of my co-workers. We've decided that if we all wore the same size shoe, we'd buy them and do a Sisterhood of the Traveling Fugly Shoe thing. Each week one of us would have to find something respectable to wear them with. Thank doG we're not all the same size.
Eye ~ma for Betsy and general health ~ma for Maidengurl. No more bad for either one of you!
Congrats, Raq!

One of my coworkers said that she wouldn't buy them, but if someone gave them to her she'd wear them.
::shakes head::
It's sad, really. She's a nice girl.
if someone gave them to her she'd wear them.
If someone gave them to me, I'd wear them just to spread the mocking.
Much eye ~ma, Betsy. I hope the doctors get this figured out fast; it's got to be scary for you.
MG, college tuition ~ma. Fortunately, you live in a state where the state colleges/universities are still pretty respectable. Heck, I'm a product of NY's state college system and look at me now! Well, okay -- I've never moved back home or asked my mother for $$? How's that for a recommendation of a state system?
Those shoes are very ugly.
Hey, Dylan, if you're lurking, I hope Susan's interview went well.
They called her references after the interview. Good sign, right?
Susan's computer and one of my backup drives was frelled by a power spike this morning. Still trying to figure out how much damage to her novel. Hopefully not more than day's worth of edits.
ETA: Second interview next week.
