Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Wow, big baby! Talking about vw's new cous-let.

I just had the weirdest dream. I was living in a studio appartment, which I had just moved into. Was having dinner with my family, when my father, may he rest in peace, asked what was I going to do, now that I have been evicted. My response was that I had nothing to worry about, hadn't been evicted, hadn't done anything to get evicted for. Got home, and sure enough there was a very long series of complaints about my behavior, and an eviction notice - not for things like being behind on rent, but for being drunk and disorderly in the courtyard, and leaving windows open while prancing around naked in the appartment. Was very shocked, as I had not done those things. Woke up before I could attempt to straighten out the landlord.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

That's not a baby, that's a ham.

Because books.

Wasn't someone wanting pink Converse hightops not long ago? I was at Marshall's last night and they have a lot of pairs in a lot of sizes -- they're graduated, with hot pink closest to the heel, then a band of slightly lighter, pink, and lightest still near the toe. Even the lightest isn't really light, though.

If anyone wants, I can pick up and ship out.

Was very shocked, as I had not done those things. Woke up before I could attempt to straighten out the landlord.

Dream Andi is a wild child!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

AmyLiz, if you're serious, I would *love* a pair of women's 9 1/2 or 10.

Andi's subconscious was having some fun last night while the lights were out upstairs!

Puppies! Squirrel!

Other good thing this year--someone was actually able to fix Hubby's heart instead of just patch it. He's had only one "incident" since that operation, and he said "It was just weirdness, not a full blown thing." Plus the shoulder operation fixed what turned out to be a much less serious problem and the doctor this morning said he should have full function back.

I have to return a sweater that looked lovely on the hanger, and looks much less lovely on me, so no problem. The perils of impulse shopping, I tell you. I'm heading back probably tomorrow, so I'll pick 'em up if they have your size. I think they were...$16.99? Crap, I should've checked that part, huh?

Either way, if I find them in your size, I'll let you know and then you can send along your smail mail address, etc.

Connie, you and Hubby have had quite a year with the medical stuff. Yay for good outcomes!

Were other people having weird dreams last night too?

One of mine involved a serial killer who peeled his victims' skin off. My dream was following the loose cannon detective called in to take him down when all else had failed. He got partnered up with a naive young blonde rookie, who just happened to fit the profile of all the previous victims. Long story short, she got kidnapped and it turned out that the hard-as-nails detective was the serial killer, and the rookie woke up strapped to a chair in a room lined with the skins of his victims.

I blame Tim.

Always Anti-fascist!

Somebody told me they couldn't marry me because I'm not Jewish. In the light of day, I don't remember if they couldn't be my spouse or couldn't officiate for me and somebody else.
