reading Dante is like beating myself around the head with a board with nails protruding from it.

Helllllooooo!
It does, doesn't it?
Hellooooo!
That Scottish story is so much more interesting as fiction than as truth.
Not for me. Too many things can happen in fiction -- I don't wonder at their plausibility, what makes people in my world go that far, do those things. In make-believe, stuff like that happens all the time.
Adam is Adam Carter, played by Rupert Penry Jones. Spooks. MI 5.
Shouldn't you be in bed, young lady? (That's addressed to msbelle, btw)
Hey msbelle!

Ah, well I agree there. It's not interesting for the story once it's fiction so much as it is interesting to ask why such a figure needed to be conjured up. Er, for me anyway.
I've got to copy a CD-ROM 150 times. Fun, no?
I should be in bed and I am headed that way, but I need some unwinding as I was out all day.
150 times
um, no - not fun. I think I would take that somewhere to be done.
