I have not actually sprained my ankle (playing football with Emmett and Jamal), but I've wrenched it so bad I doubt I'll be doing the Twist anytime this week.

Hershey has been making dutched cocoa for years. It's just the name they changed. Previously, it was known as Hershey's European Style Cocoa. I hate that they named it Special Dark, because I think the Hershey's Special Dark chocolate bar is an insult to real dark chocolate, but I'll get over myself.

It's been a staple in my pantry for as long as I've had a pantry, because it makes the best hot chocolate. Last time I got dutched, I got Droste. I think CI has the right of it, and Hershey's is better (and half the price).

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Naming it Special Dark is just confusing. I think dutched cocoa should be clearly labeled as such, so that when baking magazines recommend it, nobody has to spend hours reading tiny-print ingredient labels in the chocolate aisle.

Can someone explain to me why I have to go to work tomorrow? After 4 days off, it just seems wrong.

Huh. I've never seen the European/Dutch/Special Dark chocolate from Hershey's before. I'm used to there only being one kind of Hershey's cocoa.

I made the cupcakes (no frosting, yet) which just came out of the oven. I haven't tried them yet, and they smell good, but I think I may have used up my cooking karma with dinner.
