You like ships. You don't seem to be looking at the destinations. What you care about is the ships, and mine's the nicest.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Now, if I can just keep the remote control out of his hands, I'm golden.

Good luck with that.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Good luck with that.

We're thinking it's actually time to break down and buy the Weemote.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

This is sad. I finally have all of the ingredients for CI cupcakes, and the recipe, but I am feeling too lazy to make them.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I sent Deb this link earlier, but I thought I would share....

Things I’ve learned from British folk ballads

Don’t ignore warnings. If someone tells you to beware of Long Lankin, friggin’ beware of him. If someone tells you not to go by Carterhaugh, stay away. Same goes for your mother asking you not to go out hunting on a particular day. Portents about weather, particularly when delivered by an old sailor who is not currently chatting up a country maid, are always worth heeding.

If someone says that he’s planning to kill you, believe him.

If someone says he’s going to die, believe him.

etc....

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But they're so easy, Perkins! Do it!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Perkins, will you send me the recipe? I didn't realize that when I subscribed I still wouldn't be able to get it.

Also, I need to remember to call them. Who expects, when you buy a magaizine and then subscribe, that a month or more later they'll send you the same freaking issue that's been out for two months? Normally I'd let it go, but when you only get six issues, it's really kind of annoying. Plus, I notice there's a new issue on the stands that I have yet to receive. Is it always like this?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

But then I would have to make the frosting, too, and then clean up, and other stuff.

Hey, did you see my post about Hershey making Dutch process cocoa now? They are calling it Special Dark.

Ooh, there's my other annoyance. The discusion in the CI cookbook about the cocoa thing contradicts the sidebar about it on the same page.

Brenda, sure.

I have some of this! But sadly, I don't have the CI recipe, either. Just as well since I'm too lazy to make cupcakes.
