Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

find-the-kitty~ma, please. Shadow apparently went out an open back window in our new place last night and we can't find him. He's not a stupid cat and knows that big metal things on wheels are bad, but . . . please god let him only be exploring the fascinating new big field next door and he'll want to come home to Daddy and food and his very own potty and Koogie to beat up and Mommy who doesn't want to watch Hubby fall apart again.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Connie, soon after my sister moved, her cat got out and disappeared for several days. I'm sure he's out exploring. Just make sure there's a window open and some food around. Gracie was gone for almost a week, actually - my sis was convinced she was gone, until one night she rolled over in bed and got scratched for her trouble.

Come home soon 'ma.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Thrive to spite them

I am home! I had such a terrible time sleeping last night -- not at all to do with Ginger's lovely guest room. But yesterday morning my allergies attacked, then last night it was more of Allergies Attack with a side order of Acid Reflux Attack and I could barely sleep.

So I got a very late start and travelled rather slowly and omigod! I was so glad when I got home!

All my pictures are still at Mom's some didn't come out. But most came out really well and I was still trying to explain Con stuff to Mom. She was very very impressed when I told her how disablity accessible the Con was.

In the Babygoth note, years ago on some talk show -- Muary povitch or something of that ilk, there were Mothers who hate the way their daughters dress and there was one very cute goth teen whose mother hated the way she dressed. So they gave her a new style.

Pink. Not Perky Goth pink. But a long pink skirt, with a pink top, and a pink cardigan. The girl looked so uncomfortable and I was so sad for her.

One of my coworkers has a teenage daughter who is experimenting with her look and my coworker is worried "she'll turn Goth!" I told worried coworker mom, that Goth isn't a bad thing and that there are plenty of very nice people who are goth and if her daughter wanted to experiment in that look I could give them some tips and places to visit and I would find out any answers to questions Coworker had.

Which didn't reassure her very much.

Now tagless for your comfort.

kitty-ma for Connie.

Anyway, this isn't the point of the post. Susan suggested I give Annabel the old phone. She's been walking around with it, holding it up to her ear, going "YAH-BLAH-BLA!"

Might want to take out the battery if she's going to be playing with it. I got Owen one of those toy cell phones, but he's still intent on getting his hands on our cordless. I may pull out an old one that he can have.

Now, if I can just keep the remote control out of his hands, I'm golden.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Now, if I can just keep the remote control out of his hands, I'm golden.

Good luck with that.

We're thinking it's actually time to break down and buy the Weemote.
