You always think harder is better. Maybe next time I patrol, I should carry bricks and use a stake made out of butter.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Mostly lurking...

Welcome, Shambles! I too love your name.

Nora, ick. I'm sorry you don't feel well. Oh, and I still have your hat. Guess we're going to have to have lunch again soon :). How did your class go? And we need and sj check-in too.

My plans for the morning got rescheduled. I'm being lazy. It's nice.

Stephanie, do you often get baby bugs of that type where you are? Are you near a desert?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Tom's a bit lax on rinsing. He gives them a pass through but there's often suds on the outside of the dish when he put it on the rack. Hasn't killed us yet!

Class yesterday was OK, we basically just got our syllabus and did intros, so it was a good warm up for me. I was exhausted by the time I got to class, having tromped all over campus buying books and figuring out where the class was. Did a little recon work on alternate transportation that does NOT involve the B line. Or depend on getting to North Station by 8.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hi Shambles!

Your name cracked me up. I finally rememberd why - it's something from one of the funniest Onion "Point-Counterpoint" articles ever: [link]

Is that where you got it from?

Always Anti-fascist!

Billytea, Both crushing and slightly embarrassed at the exact same time.(Part of it's you and part of it is that that seems to be my emotional default at the moment.) "Reading the phone book is cute in an Australian accent." It's redundant if I agree, seeing as I have a Thing, right?

Trust my rage

do you often get baby bugs of that type where you are? Are you near a desert?

Yes and yes. I'm at my parents' house in New Mexico and "those bugs" are somewhat common. The odd thing was that my dad had just told m e yesterday that I should start shutting the door of my cabin because they like warm places as the weather starts to cool at night.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Hi, Shambles!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Eating soap may give you diarrhea and some stomach upset, but not much else. And I'm pretty sure you have to eat more than just the trace amounts left on dishes afte rinsing them.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Hi, Shambles! My house is in shambles, so we have something in common. This thread has the best whitefont.

I have a flu-like thing. I feel like my brains have been sucked out of my head through my nose.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

That doesn't sound so much "flu-like" as "zombie-like", Ginger. I mean, not a doctor and all that, but...
