Tom's a bit lax on rinsing. He gives them a pass through but there's often suds on the outside of the dish when he put it on the rack. Hasn't killed us yet!
Class yesterday was OK, we basically just got our syllabus and did intros, so it was a good warm up for me. I was exhausted by the time I got to class, having tromped all over campus buying books and figuring out where the class was. Did a little recon work on alternate transportation that does NOT involve the B line. Or depend on getting to North Station by 8.
Hi Shambles!
Your name cracked me up. I finally rememberd why - it's something from one of the funniest

"Point-Counterpoint" articles ever: [link]
Is that where you got it from?
Billytea,
Both crushing and slightly embarrassed at the exact same time.(Part of it's you and part of it is that that seems to be my emotional default at the moment.)
"Reading the phone book is cute in an Australian accent."
It's redundant if I agree, seeing as I have a Thing, right?
do you often get baby bugs of that type where you are? Are you near a desert?
Yes and yes. I'm at my parents' house in New Mexico and "those bugs" are somewhat common. The odd thing was that my dad had just told m e yesterday that I should start shutting the door of my cabin because they like warm places as the weather starts to cool at night.
Eating soap may give you diarrhea and some stomach upset, but not much else. And I'm pretty sure you have to eat more than just the trace amounts left on dishes afte rinsing them.
Hi, Shambles! My house is in shambles, so we have something in common.
This thread has the best whitefont.
I have a flu-like thing. I feel like my brains have been sucked out of my head through my nose.
That doesn't sound so much "flu-like" as "zombie-like", Ginger. I mean, not a doctor and all that, but...
Oh, Stephanie! Thank goodness and finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!eleventy

This is always a good idea.

Still hates the B line (and most of its passengers) with the fiery passion of 1000 suns.
