Looked like a totally bog standard crap fight betwen two people who don't know how to fight. Completely realistic as far as I was concerend.

I can't believe Logan doesn't know how to fight though. I can't see any son of Aaron Echolls not being able to, and we know Logan has gotten into fights.
I just wanked that their hearts weren't into it. Deep down they don't want to hate each other. When two friends fight it tends to be more about the principle than about drawing blood.
But blood was drawn, somehow. The aftermath looked like that of a better/harder fight.
I don't know why they felt that they had to have the conversation in the nurse's office.
They could have had it just as well while waiting to see the principal -- and I agree, that it didn't make sense that either had drawn blood.
Unless it was from punching the wall.
The lead singer of the Dandy Warhols comes on and sings karaoke, "Love Hurts" by Nazareth.
Wait, what? By Nazareth? Since when? Written by Boudleaux Bryant, best performed by Gram Parsons & Emmylou Harris (IMO), covered by Nazareth - which I didn't even know until looking it up just now - but they don't get the "by" credit. Also, I like the theme song and mildly enjoy some of their other tunes (Heroin Is So Passe is kind of cute), but CT-T butchered that song, I thought.
[/overprotective, having performed the song in question]
I've always been a bit of a Dandy Warhols fan, pretentiousness notwithstanding. Then I saw DiG!. The pretentiousness colours my enjoyment of their music a little more now.
Yeah, they are kind of ridiculous. I liked them a lot more before I realized how much they're ripping off the VU. (Admittedly, of course, but still.)

I think it was to work in the Logan tearing up scene.
Oddly, that one I have no problem with.

Well, he was definitely doing it the way that Nazareth did it (which has gotten a LOT of airplay), so it was kinda pre-butchered.
