Piz is just boring.
There is that. There's also the fact that he's just not on Veronica's level. Before he became emo, Logan was able to give almost as good as he got from Veronica. They played off each other well. Whereas Piz would just be dopey puppy dog boyfriend.
someone posted a poll on lj earlier today and i put down Tim as my guess. simply because i knew he was jealous of the attention Landry was showing Veronica and knowing he wasn't okay with it.
then when he took over the class and they started rehashing things i knew he was going to say something he shouldn't know to tip Veronica off, which is all fine and dandy. but why would Mindy take the life insurance money, ship off her kids, buy a boat and hide out if she wasn't guilty? are we supposed to believe that she was afraid Landry really had done it and would be after her next? whatever.
i'm over your "red herrings", Rob Thomas. let's not even discuss what you've done to Veronica and Logan. i really am tempted to drop this show. we'll see how the hiatus treats me.
i've never given up on a show i've invested this much into before. i don't know if i could even do it.
Nah. I think Mindy's just a bitch.
I'm very glad Veronica's over her jealous streak (and go Parker, and Logan, for not wanting to hurt Veronica) but her change of heart was rather sudden.
Hm, I'm not sure we were meant to take her "sure! that's totally fine! have fun, you crazy kids!" attitude at face value. I foresee fallout later.
Yeah. I'm sure she's playing cool, because that seems the nice, good thing to do. Maybe it's just that I've been too close to that in the recent past, but how exactly is that gonna go? Parker's going to share with the girls all about her great new guy, while Veronica's internal monologue says, "Yeah, the one who kept breaking me?"
However, it was good that they both thought of Veronica enough to know it would affect her, and to care that it would.
Bah. Overidentifying.
Who wrote this one?
John Enbom.

Oh, I don't think that was a truthful answer. I think Veronica gave the nice answer, and the answer that allowed her to save face. I mean, how is she supposed to say, "Yeah, it bothers me a lot," and retain any dignity. She had a little warning it was coming from Wallace, and from Parker's failed attempt to speak with her, and so she faked up some grace.
I like how the mystery played out, but I felt like the last few minutes of the episode fell flat. Kristen was spectacular though, when Veronica found the bug in her sidekick -- just spectacular. I felt Veronica's stomach drop.
I thought last night's episode was interesting and well structured, but the mystery itself was eh. I suspected Tim even before I knew what the second mystery was going to be; he was just too obviously creepy.
The Veronica and Tim show was kind of amusing. Too bad he was evil.
This. I was hoping, much like Weevil and Mars - they fight crime, that it would continue a little longer.
I'm curious what Weevil thinks about Keith being sheriff now. Also, I kept waiting for Keith to give Veronica and Tim a smackdown, as I doubt much of their evidence would hold up in a court case. I still hope Veronica playing fast & loose in the sheriff's office is going to bite her.
You know that news cast that played during Keith and Veronica's final scene, when they were eating? Did anyone else expect that it would be Harmony Chase's husband? I think I expected it to be
something,
and then it seemingly wasn't, which may have been why the end of the episode felt a little flat to me.
