To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Yes, clearly SOMEONE should transfer out of BioChem and into, well, Botany.

We have a friend who's a steadfast vegan who is getting her PhD in Bio-engineering, where she doesn't have to do animal dissection or research at all. There was almost an issue where they tried to make her teach animal surgery, which would have been all dissection, all the time, but they moved her out as soon as they understood the depth of her convictions.

So yeah, there's related fields this guy might be much happier in.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

And even if there were no membership x-over, I can't believe that a publicity-oriented group like PHAT would have missed some of the things that have been in the student and local papers concerning Veronica (the failed pot bust, the rapists being identified last episode, etc.).

Yeah, when Veronica tried to get away with joining PHAT my estimate of the school's size was revised upward by a few thousand students. A school with 1600 or so students? She could have no confidence that no one in the room would know she's a reporter who went undercover.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Seriously, am I the only one who thinks that Keith totally played Landry?

Nope. I posited a similar theory myself.

Wasn't Landry in the habit of posting "A" papers? I know he did it at some point. So, if the paper was posted, and depending on where, ANYBODY, or at least anybody from the class, could have used it as a template. (Whoa, comma abuse).

I know he posted Veronica's paper when she was the only one in class to get an "A". I can't recall if he makes a regular habit of it, though.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

In "Spit and Eggs," Tim invited Veronica in to take a look at her perfect murder paper for spelling/punctuation errors before he posted it (and the other two A papers) online.

It's tough because the three biggest suspects seem like giant red herrings. Mindy wouldn't ask Keith to uncover her own murder just so she could get life insurance, and Hank and Tim are not dumb enough to brazenly use Veronica's paper to commit a murder when they know that would immediately draw her suspicion.

So I stand by Cervando.

What is even happening?

It's tough because the three biggest suspects seem like giant red herrings. Mindy wouldn't ask Keith to uncover her own murder just so she could get life insurance, and Hank and Tim are not dumb enough to brazenly use Veronica's paper to commit a murder when they know that would immediately draw her suspicion.

The only thing that makes me doubt this line of reasoning is that this is a very short mystery -- the shortest we've had so far.

So I stand by Cervando.
If it's not Cervando (with a SpyPen, in the Sally --ew, that needs work), then I'm wondering if Chip Diller won't come into play. I was surprised to see him with Logan and Dick.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Enjoyed the ep for the most part, but a couple things bugged me.

I agree that Lab Boy should be in a different lab, one with no animal involvement. And the shocked look at the professor ordering another monkey? Please. Where did she think the first one came from? Lab animals(and that includes the rats, too) are usually specially bred for the purpose. Did she think the professor would stop his research since the monkey was gone? I know that Veronica wouldn't know that, but making the researcher seem eeeevil for his work bugs me.(Note:I've never directly worked with animals, but I've learned about lab animals from nearby labs)

Also? Enough with the Veronica/Logan. It's starting to rival the Clark/Lana hamster wheel in annoyance.

Well, that's just mean! I compare it to Lee/Kara, because Lee/Kara used to be interesting. Clark/Lana was never interesting.
