Umm, I would guess that Mercer and Moe participated in that prisoner/jailer experiment.
Veronica Mars: Annoy, Tiny Blonde One. Annoy Like the Wind.

Wow, that was quite the nailbiter (more so that I was afraid of a Veronica-in-peril cliffhanger). Also like the call back to the prison experiment - YIKES! I'm still curious what happened with the Dean at the Hotel (as I guess I should be) and then back to the admin office.
And MAJOR kudos for Logan finding an original way to get some payback (although I'm afraid when we get the next new episode - when is that? - someone will have intervened).

Moe said it changed his life. Guess it's the kind of thing that keeps on giving.
Kinda reminded me of the big twist in the first SCREAM movie where both Skeet and Lilliard were the killers.

I'm not convinced that the Dean ever left his office. He seemed to be waking up from a dream when whoever walked in. I am guessing that the sound of the eggs smashing matched gunshots in his dream, and he woke up then.

Last year, you mean? Because I don't remember them participating in the experiment in the episode this season. Edited to add that from above posts, I clearly missed a previous reference to this. Bad viewer, no biscuit.

I guess he knows enough about the temp cells in the sheriff's office to know that he'd be in with them. And I'm with Teppy -- I don't care how far down on the evolutionary ladder it puts me, a little vengeance in the name of love never fails to make my heart go pitter-pat.

Really weird editing if they wanted us to figure it that way though - shouldn't the dream have come right before the eggs? Deliberate obfuscation, or clumsiness? YOU MAKE THE CALL!
ETA Any bets on Weevil getting blamed for the Dean's demise?
Probably longer ago than last year because Moe is an RA -- I mean, are there sophomore RAs?
I mean, are there sophomore RAs?
Yep. At least, there were at my university.
I was a RA as a sophomore, but I'm not sure what the rules are in VM world.

Well, Noel was one on Felicity. It's not out of the realm of possibility in Fictional!College.
The thing with the deam confused me, too, because the gun in the whatever act went off in the last, but not the way it was set up. Now I don't know if him taking the gun out of the drawer was part of the hotel dream, too, if it was in fact a dream.
Good to see Weevil, but it wasn't enough! I hope there's more next episode (or seven).
