Well, that's a new one.
i've seen it somewhere, but i don't remember where. i think people are grasping for way out there suspects because that's pretty much been the case for the "big" mysteries each season.
that is to say, it wouldn't surprise me if RT and co did this.
Unrelated to Veronica and Logan issue, I remember our discussing possible rapists previously and Dick was more or less ruled out because he was too obvious and he wouldn't take things that far, for all his asshole-itry.
We are remembering this is the guy that tried drugging his girlfriend so she'd have sex with him and then encouraged his brother to rape an unconscious Veronica, right?
Not saying it is him, but I don't think it's outside of the realm of possibility considering his past behavior.
Kalshane, I think he's capable. Too capable. In fact, it's too easy to assume it's him. That's why I think it's a red herring.

you're also describing a situation that required very little effort from Dick. he knew a few of the guys had scored rohypnol in mexico and thought he'd hit them up for some. Veronica was an easy target because she was unconcious and because the 09ers had made her their personal punching bag. he didn't really have to actively make any of that happen.
these rapes are planned and way too much work for the slacker that Dick is.

I'm not sure the argument that he is a too-obvious suspect and an incompetent suspect were made at the same time. In any case, it would be a pretty disappointing solution to find that a rape accomplice/attempted rapist became a full-on one.
Oh, I'm not saying he's the mastermind. I'm just saying he's capable on a moral level.
oh yeah. his moral compass is definitely defunct. i don't think anyone here would argue that.
his moral compass is definitely defunct.
I think you misspelled nonexistent.
Personally, I like Cindy's idea of him and Mac.
I could never understand why he didn't ever have a girl friend (or various girls here and there) during the first two seasons.
Um, *coughlillycough*
Cashmere, get the hands-in-pants outta your brain. I was talking about Weevil and Mac.
Oh...Weevil and Lilly. Yeah, but that's pre-season 1. He has a girlfriend in flashbacks, that's it. It's not right.
Well, season 1 he was still pining for Lilly. Season 2 was spent trying to reassert control over the PCHers. Doesn't give a guy a whole lot of time for romance.
I have hopes for him this season, though. Just as long as it's not Parker (although it'd be perfect for her to give her parents a coronary).
