Did it bite her?

Something about Piz reminded me of Cassidy, and I am finding it very disturbing.
Hello peeps! I am watching VM now! This show is really good!
Re: the s3 premiere, I'm super excited to have Mac as a regular, and also glad to see Weevil in the credits again, although sad that he wasn't in the episode. He has just about the prettiest eyelashes of anyone ever.
I'm still kind of confused about the Kendall/Fitzpatricks storyline. Kendall & Cormac were grifters together, right? And lovers? But then while Cormac was in jail, she hooked up with Liam for the Casablancas con, or some other con? Then she asked Keith to help her run away and get back together with Cormac (why? because he was getting out of jail, or was there another reason she wanted to get out of Neptune?), so Keith goes to pick up Cormac from jail and brings him to where Kendall is hiding, only Vinnie is tracking him (for Liam?)? Does Cormac know that they're being tracked? Does that have anything to do with why he shoots Kendall? Why does he shoot Kendall??
I'm assuming the reason we had no Weevil was because that would have been too much extra complication for new viewers.

Even ME?
sumi, I saw that on TWoP last night. It's so hilarious.
The Cormac/Kendall thing's not that tough:
Cormac got out, and decided that, rather than run off, he'd off Kendall and keep the money for himself. We do not know if Cormac and Liam are in communication.
I'm still skeptical on the "killing" part, given that we didn't actually see Kendall get killed. Part of that is hoping the CC stays around, but part is the way the whole thing was filmed, with Cormac firing into another room.
Perspective is always very important on this show, so I'm sure the door is open in case they decide to bring the character back.
As Rob once said:
And Lynn Echolls is dead.
Unless I decide she's not.
Of course, he later said:
Don't lose faith. You're never really dead on Veronica Mars unless you're Lisa Rinna.
