OK, I'm waffling back and forth in the Beaver Is Guilty! theory. The third kid has got to be Beaver, because Lucky's dead, and the big reveal in the finale is not gonna be the dead guy. I thought he was too carefree and happy in this ep, but maybe RT is playing it like Joss, giving us the cute reconciliation before yanking the rug from under us. And Woody's looking very much like a misdirect now.
Plus, Mac was crying in the preview. Why would Mac cry, if not over Beaver?

Yeah. I'm starting to seriously think that Beaver did it to protect himself (in his mind) from the reveal that was being planned.
Well, that's a horrifying thought.
Maybe she's just all upset for him, rather than because it turned out he was, you know, a mass murderer?
I'm starting to seriously think that Beaver did it to protect himself (in his mind) from the reveal that was being planned.
Oh, Jesus. THAT'S IT. It was Marco and Peter Beaver wanted to get rid of, not Gia. Could you imagine Beaver, growing up with *that* father who belittled his lack of manliness every chance he got, with Dick Jr. as a brother, coming clean about being a victim of sexual abuse? Instead of sympathy and outrage on his behalf, all he could look forward would be the stigmata and endless scorn, especially from his father, whose approval he so desperately craved. So he wanted to silence his fellow victims, because to him, silent suffering would have been so much better than derision and humiliation, perhaps enough to kill.
And this neatly takes care of the limo/bus thing that made no sense if Gia were the intended victim. Plus the bomb being in the gift basket intended for Peter. Damn. That's incredibly fucking tragic. I don't want this to be true, but it makes so much sense.
That was Hart
Did that zipped-liips gesture he made towards Veronica mean something to people who have, you know, memories?
I would love to know how Aaron's attorney explained Keith's hospital stay from getting all burned while rescuing his daughter from the flamey refrigerator. But I'll suspend disbelief because I'm interested to see how, exactly, he gets taken down.
The e-mail that said "kill incorporation or else" and had the recording - that wasn't from Lucky, right? Seemes like it had to be from Beaver. So, incorporation failed at the polls, but Woody didn't kill it. Unless that whole charade with the girl in the hotel room was staged to give Keith something to go to the papers with? Woody trying to undercut his pet project without publically giving it up?
Beaver has been way too cute and flirty and not tortured to have caused the death of 8 kids he knew.
I cannot shake the idea that someone handed Lucky a gun full of blanks and said "Go scare all the kids at lunch, it'll be so funny". To what purpose, I can't imagine. Unless it was to get him killed.
OK, I'm abandoning my "Beaver caused the bus crash" theory because Beav's being way too cute in this episode and there is no way RT is gonna do a 180 and go, "A-HA!" at Beaver in the next episode.
Oh, now see, last night while watching, I did abandon it, for exactly this reason. But when I saw all your words together in the harsh light of day Vonnie, I thought, "Oh honey, don't. Of course RT is gonna do a 180 and go, 'A-HA!' at Beaver in the next episode." And of course, he's going to be going, "A-HA!" at us, even louder. I see you came to that conclusion, further on. And all I can say about sharing it, is: Gnnaaaaaaugh. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No.
Is the third person Beaver, you think?
the third person would have been Lucky, i think.
I think the third person on the recording is Beaver. Lucky's motive would have been to strike at Woody who molested him as well, but Lucky seems too far gone in the head that those boys would have had such a personal conversation with him.
I bet the boys had the conversation at school, and Lucky recorded it, or Beaver did, but edited himself out, and then had Lucky send it, to put some distance between himself and the recording. Don't forget, one of the few coherent points of the emails was to stop the incorporation. Beaver's the one with the real estate/business knowledge. He's the one who would care about the incorporation, not Lucky.
Beaver would have had the opportunity to get acquainted with Lucky over the summer of class-gang warfare. If Logan ever mentioned seeing Lucky wearing the catcher's mask and bleaching his feet to Beav and Dick, Beav may have well figured out Lucky was another survivor. In fact, Logan said Lucky used to wear that catcher's mask when they would go out and make their mayhem. That might have been enough, for Beav.
Lucky's parents are bankrupt (maybe at Woody or Big Dick's hand???). Beaver might have taken advantage of the fact that Lucky was also abused, and that his folks needed money, to bring Lucky in for the dirty work (and explosives knowledge).
[Oh sheeesh, there goes my concentration. There are bunnies...well....being bunnies in my back yard and I would like them to move out of my peripheral visi...Oh! A third bunny just chased them off. Thank you, Mr. Bunny.]

I think Woody set himself up, and had Keith discover him with the passed-out woman for a few reasons. First of all, what better way to kill the incorporation initiative, than discredit himself--the person who has been spear-heading the project. Secondly, he used Keith, because let's face it, Lamb was never going to catch onto Woody, and so he ruined his plan in such a way that he still managed to call Keith's credibility into question, in the process, in case Keith was onto his real secret. Meanwhile, he set himself up in such a way that he also reinforced the idea that his sexuality is oriented toward adult women.
Keith got too close to Woody's dirty secret, when Logan showed them both the DVD that focused on the Little League teams and the painting in the kitchen. Woody had to do some fancy footwork to discredit the incorporation, while covering up his pederasty, and calling Keith's judgment into question, all at the same time.
I cannot shake the idea that someone handed Lucky a gun full of blanks and said "Go scare all the kids at lunch, it'll be so funny". To what purpose, I can't imagine. Unless it was to get him killed.
Well, Lucky probably has easy access to guns, given his military past. But if someone did set him up, we know who. We know who else has easy access to guns.
Fudge.
Oh, now I want to know what Kristen posted.

he was the freshman that Weevil found last season with the video of Lynn "jumping" off the bridge. (i say "jumping" because i'm still not convinced that she's dead.) V threatened bodily harm and Weevil told him he'd be starring in his last film, a snuff film, if that footage ever saw the light of day.

::smacks forehead:: you're right. that final email wasn't one of the ones V was looking for. she just happened to notice the subject line. crap. i don't want it to be Beav.
