I figured that a book that starts with an abducted child and the title "Gone, Baby, Gone" wouldn't end well. I don't know if I'd ever be in the right headspace for that book, frankly.
i have issues with chokers being too large for me because i have a skinny neck, but i figure if it fit her, it can fit me.
I have issues with how these things are named "chockers" and the part where I have trouble wearing turtlenecks because I can't bear to have anything close to my windpipe. Oy.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies
or, perhaps, they had what they thought was an interesting character and/or actor, but then didn't really know what to do with him except be there to help out Veronica at regular intervals.
Yeah, this was pretty much the impression I got. I wouldn't be surprised to see them fade him out, though I'll be sorry to see it.
