I know he watched season 1 after Joss raved about VM, but I didn't hear anything after that.
Well, I don't know if he actually ever got around to it. Every time I asked, he said he was too busy with the show and the kid and hadn't watched yet.

Oohh, Cindy, I like the way you think.
Heh. I was actually glad he didn't go there, though. I like it better when dialogue surprises me. Then Veronica got to give the zinger, when she said, "Me, too," to which Logan said, "I'm not blond," and she said, "Or hot."
Which? Liar.
But still. Actually I thought that was a little mean of her, considering they seem to be friendlier, now.
Liam Fitzpatrick always gives me the X-Files flashback, as Rodney Rowland, who plays Liam, will always be Ed Jerse to me from "Never Again," which is one of my favourite episodes of TXF ever.
I believe Rowland was actually in one of the S5 Angel episodes as a (surprise, suprise!) violent thug. Lemme see... yeap, he was in "Conviction", as someone named Corbin Fries.
Despite the past association, I have to say he's doing a bang-up job as Liam in VM. I find him genuinely frightening--have done so since the moment I saw him in that episode when he violently manhandled Veronica onto the pool table.
Someone clear this out for me: When Veronica tells Weevil her theory of how he crashed the bus, what goodie bag is she talking about when she says that he put the bomb in Dick's goodie bag?

::lightbulb::
THAT'S where I know him from. Jeebus.
And Vonnie, I agree totally with you about him. He's scary as heck.
I can't see him as anyone but Cooper from SA:AB.
what goodie bag is she talking about when she says that he put the bomb in Dick's goodie bag?
Prize given by Woody on the field trip. As in maybe Woody put bomb in prize and rigged it to go to Dick to blow up the limo, but Dick gave it to Betina and it made bus go boom. Maybe.
Bartleby, what Laura said. It's what Dick referred to as his 'Sharks' Premium Ticket Package' and 'Sharks' Memorabilia Gift Bag' when he was talking to Veronica about Betina in the previous episode, I Am God.
I've been thinking about the Oscar. Right now, it seems as though it was stowed in a storage locker (either because Aaron hid it there, after the murder, or it survived the fire and got stowed, there--I'm not clear on that part). Aaron wasn't under suspicion until long after the fact, so he had plenty of time to hide stuff, without being noticed.
So, Aaron had Kendall hire the hooker to get Cliff's briefcase, so she could get the key, get the Oscar, get Donut's hair, and plant it on the Oscar, and...
1) ...bury it in the Kane's yard, near the pool that was going to be dug up, and hope it would be found?
Ugh. We can simplify this, maybe Kendall...
2a) ...didn't even bury it. Maybe she just planted it in an already partially excavated spot on the Kane property, where she could be sure it would be found.
2b) ...had Danny Boyle (who works construction) or another Fitzlackey plant and/or find it at the site.
It's also possible (although it seems unlikely) that...
3) Aaron buried the Oscar at the scene of the crime, at the time. It seems the cops should have noticed the ground disturbed, but we're talking about Neptune's finest, and even Keith seemed satisfied that the ashtray was the weapon. Still, this theory would probably require some sort of landscaping material around the Kane pool--something like mulch that wouldn't show it had been disturbed--something that allowed Aaron to bury it at the time of the murder, and would allow Kendall to find it, and plant the hair on it.
Explanation 3 is far too clunky, AND would make the storage locker--and probably the theft of Cliff's briefcase--seem unnecessary though, so I'm going with 2a or 2b, probably 2b.
The question remains, how/why would Aaron have his Oscar on hand, at the Kane's house, when he killed Lilly?
I'm thinking Lilly took--not only the tapes--but the Oscar. A trophy's a trophy.
...didn't even bury it. Maybe she just planted it in an already partially excavated spot on the Kane property, where she could be sure it would be found.
Keep in mind, Kendall's the one selling the Kane house. She's had plentyof opportunity to plant it.
