It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

Because books.

One of my best friend's is Peter Boyle's niece, so we watched Raymond from time to time. It was decent, as sitcoms go, I guess, but I'm incredibly tired of the useless husband/all-knowing wife scenario.

I like Friends. I need mindless laughs once in a while.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I like Ray Romano way more than I liked Raymond.

I don't think anyone I know ever won a big award. I do know one Oscar nominee, and it's an honour just to have stayed in his house.

Silence means security silence means approval

I watched one episode of Raymond in my life. I was shocked when I learned it had been on for nine seasons.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Friends is even funnier to me now that I'm a 30 something single New Yorker. I look at their apartments and their (lack of) jobs, and laugh and laugh.

I do think it's funny-odd that there isn't anything from Raymond that I know without watching it. Like, I don't think I ever saw the actual episode of Seinfeld, but the ads for the DVDs that say, "They're real, and they're FABULOUS" make me laff.

Lucky chick! But how is there not an apple box in that pic?

Ick. I have to plow through a week's worth of work e-mail and issues. Don't want to.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

PS: ARRRRR!

Is that a parrot on your shoulder?

Because her skirt is long enough to cover it?

He looks skinny! Not bad, mind you.
