"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

ION! Water!

There is water coming out of my faucets! Water! From the tribal utility, so I will never have to pay ridiculous rates for someone to drive it out by the truck from a half hour away!

Water! Water! I'm going to take a shower! I'm going to wash the dishes! I'm going to have a garden (don't tell me it's fall, that's ridiculous) and put water back in the birdbath and wash my dog! And OMG my washer will work again! Whooooooo!!!!

(for those who haven't been following, this is five years coming, so I'm a bit chuffed.)

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Yay! Water for Liese! It's about time.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, Liese!!!

Marty is the blond, thin guy?

Yep.

I think I like the woman who sang Bohemian Rhapsody a couple of weeks ago the best.

That's Suzie. Love her.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I ran up and down the hallway with the Biscuit. I may be overreacting slightly.

Yay for running water, Liese!

Suzie. Thanks, ChiKat. Yes, I like Suzie. I also just like the name Suzie, so that works out well.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Overreacting to WATER? I don't think so.

I ran up and down the hallway with the Biscuit. I may be overreacting slightly.

Nah. That's super!

Honey, you're in the desert southwest, you spent most of the past year mysteriously running out of water (or having it show up in the wrong places...) you've got reason for your reaction.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Yay running water! Heaven knows I'd be celebrating if I'd gone any time at all without.
