Oops, forgot to post about that over the weekend. Brokeback Mountain knocked the favorite, a McCarthy-era period film by George Clooney, out of the running.

I never did paid work in food services, but I did end up volunteering to bus Kiwanis pancake breakfasts to fulfill requirements for a club I was in during college. 1500 customers in three hours. t shudder

I've never been able to stomach syrup on pancakes since.

I spent a few summers working in fast food during the college years. Usually manageable because, if things got too bad, I knew I'd be leaving soon to go back to school.

I highly recomment coffee shops for food service jobs -- they're by far the cleanest, and you get free coffee.

My food service experience is limited to pizza delivery, although that includes washing pans and making the occasional pizza. I always liked cutting the pizza into an odd number of slices.
