Who's Red Emma 78? Her and meara are listed as admins. Maybe we should also set up a default stompy admin address on each list, but as things stand, Scola might be able to do some back end jiggery, but the rest of us have no powers above mere mortal with regards to the lists.

Do you have problems, concerns, or recommendations about the technical side of the Phoenix? Air them here. Compliments also welcome.
ita, Red Emma 78 is Lyra Jane.
that's Lyra Jane, who I haven't seen in a while.
Actually, I seem to recall her suggesting that someone else take her place, because she wasn't around the board very much.
I'm an admin, but I don't actually know how to....administrate any of it.
I check the right-hand threads, anyhow, even if I can't keep up with anything else.
I have no idea why the bouncyness, or lack thereof. Um, how would I do a test?
Heh, meara and I have the same answer. Worst. admins. ever.
Can you make admins at buffistas dot org a member and another admin?
Um. Yes? If you tell me how to do it step by step, using small words?
(Sorry.)
Go to the list of mailing lists: [link]
Click on the Dcistas list. [link]
That should bring you to the entry page for the list. Down at the bottom of the page, click on the link for the Dcistas administrative interface. [link]
Enter the administrative password. (If you can't remember it, check the e-mail you got when the list was set up. It should be in there.) That gets you into the list administration pages. The ones you most likely want to look at are General Options (the default admin page), and Privacy Options.
On the privacy options page, I currently have the Somervillains set up so that anyone can post to it without the admin (me) having to approve the message. Back when we were having some problems with spam, I got more restrictive.
You may also want to check the "pending administrative requests" to see if any messages are awaiting approval. E-mail me if you have any questions.
