Updated the repo readme to make it make it more up to date. Getting ready to look into the login problem some people have had.
If you have run into that problem do you perchance have a short password?

I do. 7 characters, some upper some lower. (I'm happy to make a new stronger password if that will help now that I'm all password managed.)
That's probably the issue. The site wants 8 characters and there is a bug in that page whereas it doesn't show errors. I fixed the issue, but it hasn't hit the beta site yet.
Beta site will be down for awhile. Lots of stuff to do to update it.
Beta site is back.
The database has been reset and you should notice that the migrated data is much more up to date.
Mostly this is background work. The repo has been changed and ruby was upgraded from 2.5 to 2.6. However a fix has been put in for logging in so hopefully that will work for everybody now.
This update will facilitate making the bug fixes and missing features needed to finish things off.
Also, as I know you've all been waiting for, I updated the repo readme with the Nginx reverse proxy configuration.
I was definitely waiting for that.
I was able to log in with a new 8 character password. Things are looking good! I don't know if I love the boxes around the Mark and Block buttons, but I'm sure I can adjust.
Changed the post-displaying code to have '[link]' like it does now.
Oh, right! I need to check and see if I can actually log in now, huh?
The beta board beta.buffistas.me seems to be looking pretty good.
Probably could use some testing still, but I think we could start talking about a switchover. Issues that need to be fixed are going to be more minor than the issues it addresses (security, responsive design, and registration).
