I had a chance to briefly look at the code. Then the power went poof.

When you click on a thread that is completely read, it should take you to the last page of posts, not just to the last post.

Good catch. Thanks.

Lots of problems getting things going on the new repo if you aren't starting with migrated data. I'll update the development database seed and update the readme so people who want to work on it can get it running easier.

Updated the repo readme to make it make it more up to date. Getting ready to look into the login problem some people have had.

If you have run into that problem do you perchance have a short password?

Hey. New board.

I do. 7 characters, some upper some lower. (I'm happy to make a new stronger password if that will help now that I'm all password managed.)

That's probably the issue. The site wants 8 characters and there is a bug in that page whereas it doesn't show errors. I fixed the issue, but it hasn't hit the beta site yet.

Beta site will be down for awhile. Lots of stuff to do to update it.

Beta site is back.

The database has been reset and you should notice that the migrated data is much more up to date.

Mostly this is background work. The repo has been changed and ruby was upgraded from 2.5 to 2.6. However a fix has been put in for logging in so hopefully that will work for everybody now.

This update will facilitate making the bug fixes and missing features needed to finish things off.
