All right, yes, date and shop and hang out and go to school and save the world from unspeakable demons. You know, I wanna do girlie stuff!

Um, it's probably connected to the latest corrections (ita, this is a good opportunity to thank you again, although never enough), but something strange just happened, which looks like b.org knows how to time-travel (or, in a meMeME way of looking at things, try to find a technical way to make me post more), but anyway:

I wanted to post in "my" town the link to the beginning of the latest "Dollhouse" episode's discussion. The last post at the time was Nilly "Nillytown" Feb 21, 2009 9:06:57 am PST (from last week). It was post #203.

I wrote the content of my post, clicked the "Post message" link, and suddenly *all* the posts from this thread (along with their original date of posting, dating back to 2002), appeared after that post, from Nilly "Nillytown" Sep 18, 2002 1:27:10 am PDT (#204) which is identical to the 1st post, to Nilly "Nillytown" Feb 21, 2009 9:06:57 am PST (#406), which is identical to post #203, the last one before today's post.

Then, Nilly "Nillytown" Mar 1, 2009 2:31:51 am PST post #407, which was the one humble post I was trying to post, originally (the one that should have been post #204, and it appears only once).

I'm not deleting or editing anything, in case it may help.

Let's see what happens when I click "Post message" here?

[Edit: phew, no duplicating of this thread. Apparently, the time traveling is currently confined to my town alone. Now I need to go learn how to use my powers, how to use them for good purposes only, and what special clothes I may get to wear with them.]

All is well that ends in pizza.

My Nillytown bookmark was reset to 2002, too.

It was interesting to page through them all.

I know it would have been more efficient to go to last, but hey...nostalgia.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That's been fixed. I have no idea how it happened, so here's hoping it doesn't happen again. If it does, DON'T POST. I'll be deleting that post to fix it.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

ita is a rock star.

If it does, DON'T POST.

I'm sorry if this is a really dumb question, but, um - how can I know if something like this may or may not happen again, unless I post?

It happened for the first time only when I posted, *after* I clicked the "Post message" link (I wanted to post only once, of course, not to get the 204 travel-in-time posts I ended up with).

It's a bit like quantum physics: the only way to make sure how something looks, is by changing it.

All of the above, of course, is my being slow, and doesn't change in any way the rockstardom that aurelia referred to.

Our wings are not tired.

ita is indeed a rock star. Thank you again for all you do for us.

For the record: The first visit this morning I read Press, then hit Read New. I landed at the historical Nilly post. Every Read New since that first time has been as it should be.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Sorry, Nilly. I hadn't noticed that it didn't happen until after posting. Amendment: my fix deletes posts made after the upgrade, so don't post once you've noticed it.

Sorry, and thanks for your patience.

No, ita, please, no sorry! I'm just pleased that we now understand each other.

I'm going to post in my town now, and let's see what happens, OK?

[Edit: and it worked like a charm. ita, you so totally rock. Thank you so much!]

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I think we all need to do the "ita rocks" dance.
