What is even happening?

I'd make B/A and FF community threads, too. It's an identification thing in my mind, maybe. That said, I'd rather have folders, and everything in the folders, than have any say in what goes in which folder. As long as some sort of organization will be involved, I'm good.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm trying to figure out why Buffy/Angel and Firefly wouldn't be in the TV/media folder. They were TV shows, after all.

That's my problem - putting them in the TV folder is logical, but it feels wrong.

Though other than that I like the folder idea just fine.

move out and draw fire

I think that if you don't put B/A and FF in a TV folder, but leave them in "Community" or "General" or whatever, you might as well not have folders.

I have no opinion whether we should have folders or not, but if we do, I'd like the topic threads to all be gathered into folders.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Firefly's not only not on TV anymore, it's a movie. Into a media folder, sure. Into a TV folder ... I don't think so.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Why not a media folder, not TV? Could everything be either media or community?

Or technology.

I'd put B-tech into the community category.

Why? I mean, it isn't one. If the category name doesn't help you find the thread, then the thread shouldn't be in it, should it?

I'm not trying to be a naysayer, but despite the upcoming movie, to me FF is always going to be a tv show. Yclassification-of-canceled-series-made-into-moviesMV.

That's not something I'd even try and argue you out of. Firefly hasn't stopped being a TV show just because they're making a movie. But I don't think it's scandalous to suggest that the thread discussion even now is on-topic broader than TV, by a good bit, and will get broader yet once the movie goes into wide release.
