Can I mop your brow? I am at the ready with the fearsome brow-mop.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Why did I not plan this better, and when doing EIGHT loads of laundry, why did I put my mattress pad in the LAST load??

This does, however, ensure I am not going to bed and saying "I'll just get that load out of the dryer in the morning..."

But I wanted my house to be spotless and nice when MinnesotaGirl comes tomorrow, but....I'm thinking not gonna happen, right now...at least the clothes strewn about the apartment will be CLEAN ones, but...

All is well that ends in pizza.

I am drawing a steamy hot Epson bath right now.

I could be drawing a turtle or a pirate from a matchbook cover.

Instead, I'm going to bed as this thread draws to a close.

Art Crawl!!!

You know, Cass, plenty of dogs would find a soaking with the hose a reward rather than a deterrant.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I could be drawing a turtle or a pirate from a matchbook cover.

I wanna draw pirates.

I wanna go to art school.

I wanna find something interesting to finish this sentence with.

If wishes were fishes, Gollum'd be happy.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

when MinnesotaGirl comes tomorrow
Yay!

DCJ, you brainwormed me with the turtle in a baseball hat... Curses.

Heh. It was meant as more of a "you shall COMPLY!" than a beatdown.

I think I owe the neighbors a carwash now though. I will use the "reward, not deterrant" argument!

edit: And while I am pretty certain I sprayed the neighbor's car, I am less certain that I actually hit the dog. It was dark...

Bath is ready!

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

hot/cold shower - that sounds like torture.

I had to hang up the coats, they hated being on the guest bed. I did not move the suitcase or the over stuffed backpac.

I drank rum and watched cooking shows.

DH is home. Deb just showed him a kitten . the kitten loved Matt. Deb is way sneaky.

The kitten is not here. Nor is chocolate. DH is willing to go to the 7-11, but they do not have good chocolate.

DH is now telling Percy ( our cat ) about the kitten.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Keep drinking rum, move NOTHING more.

Honestly. Friday I went to work and did the terribly strenuous task of moving from desk to desk (stand up, walk a couple of yards, sit down, plunk at computer, stand up, walk back, sit back down, plink away...) for about a half an hour and the ouched muscles? Tore. If you did hurt yourself, don't stress anything. If you didn't, the coats can be moved on Friday. It will still be before the wedding.

Hot/cold is icky. I do ice/heating pad or ice/hot bath grudgingly because I don't like the feel of icing. But I will do it.

How does Percy feel about the kitten?

I am all pink and woozy from the bath. I think I shall get things ready for bed, dip in one more time and then sleeeeeeeeep.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

After the first two or three it feels really decent. At the end you feel nearly good.

This is how we break suspected war criminals, innit?
