I don't really have a security blanket... unless you count Mr. Pointy.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Loving all of the photos. Everybody is so pretty and happy. Yay!

Shallow clothes question: I'm going to an intimate show tonight where I may meet some Important Gay People so I want to be dressed in a hip manner. Should I wear:

  • White long-sleeved airy tunic with white sequin detailing
  • Black short-sleeved dressy stretch t-shirt with column of silver sequins down the front
  • Black capped-sleeve dressy stretch t-shirt that criss-crosses in the front and shows some cleavage

Any of the above will be worn with my favorite Seven jeans. Now for the shoes:

  • Dressy black flip flops
  • Black pointy-toe flats with silver buckle detail
  • Cool low-pro Puma tennies (I have white with light-blue swoosh or navy with dark-orange swoosh)

I hate picking out outfits.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'd go with the white long-sleeved airy tunic with white sequin detailing and black pointy-toe flats with silver buckle detail. But I am so not the fashionista. If you make a Web site with different images though, we could put up a poll. Like building Yahoo IM avatars.

I like the poll idea, if only work weren't getting in the way. Stupid work.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Steph, your new sis looks lovely. What an awesome dress. Speaking of which, I love that cherry dress on you!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Goober. This is what filtered LJ entries are for.

Yeah, but then Kristen wouldn't have seen it and it was her covetousness that convinced me.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

While gardening I ran into a plant that covered both the inside and outside of my dress with little burrs. most of which I got off the dress. however I itch like a ____________ ( you fill in the blank). and need to shower. However, I started watering the lawn before I reliezed I was so itchy. so I have to wait.

I don't think there really is such a thing as dressy flipflops, though I know it's the style now.
