Thanks for the girly-bits~ma, y'all. The doc agrees that the problem is probably stress, although she's testing for thyroid issues just in case. And I can't tell you how much I love going to a doctor who treats me like a grown up. My weight's gone up since Mom's cancer diagnosis and treatment. I mentioned to the doc that my method of stress reduction is pretty much Ben & Jerry's based right now. And the doctor basically said that that was a relatively benign form of stress management, that I knew how the weight went on and how to take it off again, and that all in all I knew what I was doing.
If any Durham buffistas need a doctor, I can so recommend this one to you.

Pshaw. JZ and Juliana already have short hair. Ple will dabble in it occasionally when it suits her mood and Jilli is best suited to Jilli hair. I would certainly never presume to tell any of them how to express their style since they're all very good at their own style, which is what I appreciate best.
Besides I never make anybody do anything. Though sometimes there is the siren lure of seduction to the shorn side.
