I am desperately looking for my notes on an essay I am writing about Penlind, the chick who lied about having a dying baby at the Bronze.
I can't find them!
But while digging, I found my review of Out of Gas from way back when.
I forgot how much I hated Firefly.
Hey Allyson! I got PIRATE STUFF!
And I've been in training for a week and am brain-fried and my phone is behaving mysteriously. But right now there's a wee little pirate-man sitting in Angel's lap, and that's all that matters. Thank you!
AWESOME! Finally. Only like, a week late.
Angel would totally bone a pirate.
Oh, it should have been here last Friday but [razzle frazzle UPS bastard-people]. You're way ahead of Mugga, who's been promising me a pirate book for months. Sob.
Years ago I got two of the Angel books (from the used rack at the library, not that I'm defensive at all) and in one he's kind of a pirate. Man. I need to find those and reread them, because they were so amazingly incoherent.
I appear to have hit the "mindless rambling" portion of exhaustion. Whee! Oh, and I'm taking tomorrow off, so if you have another Beta-reading spree please count me in.

What sort of info are you looking for, Allyson? I wasn't on the BIT, but I remember some Penlind details. I was still very wet behind the ears on the linear side, and the whole thing made a tremendous impression on me.
You know who's abandoned Minearverse? Minear.
This absence better be worth an awesome new, show-type announcement.
That sounds like an "or else."
What if he's just napping, reading a book by the pool, maybe taking a gourmet cooking class?
When did it become all about him and his needs?
No idea. I didn't sign off on any such plan.
