What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Thanks, Kristen. I was given Season 1 as a gift, and I was wondering how many more seasons until Tim episodes.

Also, there is no way I am sleeping tonight, and I blame Tim.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

And knows him some Streisand.

Finally someone mentioned it. "YENTL was underrated" made me laugh and laugh.

Great one-two punch there Tim. If I hadn't been hooked before, these two would have done it. The character stuff for the secondary leads is working its way in nicely. The only one who still feels underrepresented to me is the tech guy. He's had some fun lines, though.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Liked both eps, though I think I liked the first one better.(I guess my current frame of mind is such that "character starts to learn to trust her teammates" works better for me than "character who has happiness in his life gets stomped on". And yes, I know there was far more to the second ep than that, but that's what stuck with me.)

One thing I didn't get in the second ep is why widower marine would kill using the m.o. of the perp. Perp's in jail, and a killing with his m.o. is just gonna cause doubt, which is what happened. Unless marine guy wanted the perp out of jail so he could torture/kill him, I don't see why he did it.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Unless marine guy wanted the perp out of jail so he could torture/kill him, I don't see why he did it.

That was what I got from it. Since he (perp) didn't get the death penalty, he (army boy) wanted to finish the job himself.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I thought that was stated explicitly.

It was.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

About 300 messages ago, someone mentioned "Prison Break" and "Reunion." I saw the first eps of both shows, and if PB could do a "24" crossover, that show could last for a very long time. In any event, there's a conspiracy at the center of PB (no more further details from me) which might prove to be interesting over several seasons.

"Reunion"...I was entertained by the pilot, but I don't think Fox will be picking up this show for a full season. I would be surprised if large audiences run to this show. It has a couple of plot conceits that feel very "Lace" (you know, the '80s miniseries where Phoebe Cates was trying to find out which woman was her mother?) - (BTW this is an analogy, not one thing to do with actual plot events) and consequently very dated.

Ok, I was obviously not paying close enough attention. Sorry.

And yet, somehow, I just can't seem to care. </ "Reunion" joke>

Hey. New board.

I'll be watching Prison Break. I like that guy whose name I'm forgetting far too much not to.
